What Is RRIP?
We developed RRIP to provide local real estate agents as well as individual home sellers with a one of a kind service plan. The principal is simple, we inspect your roof and address any issues before the buyer brings in their home inspector. On top of that, we offer a comprehensive roof report and a transitional warranty that will increase your selling power.
Anyone selling or buying a home wants to have everything in perfect shape and not being hit with uncertainty. The roof is one of the most uncertain and least inspected items before or during any real estate transaction. While a home inspector will find and report abnormalities and general roof issues, they won't offer solutions, do repairs or provide a warranty. Also, in general a home inspector usually is hired by the buying party and any issues noted on their report reflects, negatively on the seller.
